About The Role:
- Generating highly qualified leads that produce new sales opportunities (primarily within the Israel region) via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and create a pipeline together with the account management team.
- Lead creative strategies and target decision-makers at prospect and existing accounts.
- Mapping Strategic and Enterprise Accounts to identify decision-makers and create long-term relationships.
- Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling.
- Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company.
- Hebrew native level- Must.
- Native or fluent English (other languages a plus).

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English.

About The Role:
- This is a quota-carrying position.
- Own the full sales cycle, from managing new leads until deal closure, while Identifying expansion opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating and contracting.
- Learn and comprehensively understand the monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI.
- Act as an escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value of the monday.com solution.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
- Experience in negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions – advantage.

- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding.
- Leverage behavioral data to segment your book of business and develop communication strategies driving the greatest impact at scale.
