This Privacy Policy describes how Unitask Ltd. (“Unitask,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the Outlook Integration Application (the “App”).

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Use governing the App.

1. Information We Collect

When you access or use the App, we may request or receive certain information, including but not limited to:

monday.com account ID, URL of the account’s logo, Account domain (encrypted), Plan tier on monday.com, Number of users in the account, Monetization details, List of user identifiers or emails , OAuth scopes granted, User’s email, OAuth token (encrypted), First registration time, expiration date for license, history purchasing dates, License state, Phone number, last visit time, Company name, Per-user preferences,  Email Subscription settings,

2. Storage and Security

All information collected is stored on secure servers protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures. Your Monday.com API Key is encrypted. While reasonable steps are taken to safeguard your information, no method of storage or transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• Operating, supporting, and improving the App;
• Providing technical assistance and maintenance;
• Ensuring security and investigating suspicious activity;
• Generating aggregated, statistical, or anonymized data for product development, enhancement, and publications relating to the App;
• Delivering promotional and marketing content, as further described below.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information we collect in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors and service providers solely to enable them to perform services on our behalf.
• Affiliates: With Unitask’s affiliated companies and subsidiaries, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
• Payment Processors: With third-party payment processors to facilitate payments through the App.
• Marketing and Promotions: With business partners, advertisers, and other third parties, to provide you with promotional materials, marketing communications, products, services, websites, or applications that we or such third parties believe may be of interest to you.
• Legal and Compliance: Where we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or orders of competent authorities; (ii) detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, unlawful activities, or security/technical issues; (iii) protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or third parties; and (iv) support or defend legal claims, disputes, or proceedings involving us or any of our affiliates.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law or regulation, we will provide prior notice of material changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
